I strolled in from work tonight at around 7:30 pm after a LONG LONG LONG day. And I just finished my hill run. It stunk...and now I stink! My legs are super sore from about 45 reps of bulgarian lunges that I did yesterday with Renea! If you want to build great legs, I'd recommend those...they give your quads and butt a hurtin'! I love the burn and the "wet noodle" feeling, but it made my run that much tougher. What doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger right?! For some reason, my training log has me only running 3 days this week. So, tomorrow, I'm going to sandwich in an extra run of my choice. Any suggestions??!
I'm going to keep this short tonight since it's getting late and I have yet to shower OR eat for that matter. Sorry I'm kind of lame...but this video is definitely not. One of the most inspiring videos I've ever seen. Truly amazing! Enjoy!!
